Engaging Leaders

Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion Leadership

Our Executive Committee members are proactively supporting our agenda and advancing our culture of inclusion. We believe aligning our Executive Committee members to Associate Networks is a win/win proposition—it maintains heightened focus on building a talent pipeline, increasing representation and inclusiveness, while advancing our employer of choice efforts.

Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board and Line of Business Diversity Councils

Our Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board (DIAB) is made up of representatives from our Corporate Diversity & Inclusion team and Diversity Champions for each line of business. The DIAB keeps focus on our enterprise diversity and inclusion strategy and helps our Diversity Champions align their local goals to that strategy. In this way, we ensure the entire team is working toward a united set of goals. Many of our lines of businesses also have dedicated Diversity Councils, whose representatives link into the DIAB.
